Sam has extensive experience in land development engineering, with expertise in large greenfield and brownfield redevelopment projects across the Auckland region. 

Notable projects include Paerata Rise, Northcote Redevelopment, Tamaki Regeneration, and Three Kings Quarry, where he led engineering teams in design, observation, and sign-offs.
